Thoughts play a dominant role in our life.
It is these thoughts that determine who we are and who we are going to be.
Thoughts can be Positive or Negative.
If you build on Positive Thoughts, You will grow to be a positive person.
Self Talk matters. Whatever you say to yourself will eventually become TRUE.
Most of the SELF TALK goes unnoticed since we don’t hear our own voice in the noise around us.
Negative thoughts pops up every now and then, squash them and let them out of your brain as soon as possible.

- Now, do self talk with your positive thoughts daily for 10 mins once you wake up and 10 mins before you go to bed
